This includes wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant, including the toilet seat, flusher, handle and any other surfaces that users are likely to come into contact with. Similarly, sweeping and mopping the floor to rid it of any debris and mud further helps to keep a clean appearance.
You’ll also want to make sure that toilet roll is stocked up at all times, as well as any paper hand towels.
Consider Additional Hygiene Products
Just because the bare minimum is enough to meet people’s needs, this doesn’t mean you can’t go the extra mile to further ensure their comfort. As such, it’s a good idea to think about additional hygiene solutions you can offer users of your portable toilets.
For example, consider installing sanitary bins for the disposal of any feminine hygiene products, which can otherwise not be flushed and will be appreciated by many users.
You may also want to install additional hand sanitising stations outside the portable toilets. Whilst the soap should be refilled regularly, in the event that it does run out, users will be appreciative of an alternative option. Many people appreciate this regardless, as they like having the option of multiple personal sanitation stations, especially in wake of the recent pandemic.
